Installation and deployment of a NextG system is a relatively fast and simple process because NextG Networks uses fiber-based distributed antenna nodes located unobtrusively on poles in the public right-of-way. To ensure the highest quality system, NextG provides all necessary elements and services on a turnkey basis to get systems deployed on time and under budget.
There are two ways wireless carriers can utilize a NextG system:
Existing Systems
- In metropolitan areas, NextG can add new carriers, new services, and additional bandwidth in a matter of days—depending on the carrier's network requirements.
- The company’s professional installation teams can add to NextG’s systems in a short time when additional network equipment is required.
New Systems
- A NextG system can be "on air" significantly faster than a traditional tower network, depending on use of the company’s existing fiber assets and regulatory status.
Whether leveraging NextG's significant fiber assets in the United States or using other fiber, NextG's patented RF-over-fiber technology gives customers a flexible, scalable, customizable wireless system faster and often with less expense than traditional tower or rooftop sites.
